One of Zentro’s first ventures FinanZero.com.br, has received a new round of financing, raising USD 11 million from , Dunross & Co and Vostok Emerging Finance, among other investors.

FinanZero was founded in 2016 and in that year, the company received a [n initial?] USD 1.25 million investment from the publicly listed Vostok Emerging Finance (STO: VEMF SDB). The company began the process of expanding its operations and through its founders’ experience from Schibsted owned Lendo and a burgeoning Brazilian fintech sector, FinanZero has become a leading marketplace for personal finance in one of the world’s largest markets.
“FinanZero will improve its technical platform and invest heavily in marketing to increase the visibility of the brand. We have already processed more than three million loan applications since launching operations three years’ ago”, Olle Widén, CEO of FinanZero, highlights.
“Today, the company grow at a rate of 50% per quarter, which sums up to more than a million monthly visitors on our site,” adds Widén.
Based on the success of Lendo and FinanZero, Zentro has subsequently launched and built Lendela.com in ASEAN-region and Prestalo.com in Spain and are on the verg of launching Creditu.fr in France.
FinanZero is a leading marketplace for loans in Brazil. The business is an independent broker for loans, negotiating the customer’s loan application with several banks and credit institutions, to find the loan with the best interest rate and terms for the consumer. FinanZero handles the lending process from start to finish.
FinanZero has 30 bank partners on its online platform, and is offering a 100% digital and 100% free service for its customers.
